MAEDIX provides AI-powered automation for real estate agencies by integrating with Instagram and other social platforms to automate direct messages and comments related to property inquiries.

B. Instagram Integration Data:

  • Instagram business account credentials (OAuth tokens)
  • Direct messages and comments on your property listings

  • Pages visited and time spent

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To process payments and send billing information

4. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. However, we may share information with:

  • Instagram/Meta: We access your data through official Instagram Graph API to retrieve messages and post comments on your behalf.
  • Service Providers: Cloud hosting providers, payment processors, and analytics platforms that assist in delivering our service.
  • Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, or government request.

Important: Your buyer lead data remains your property. We use it to power our AI qualification system, but you retain full ownership and can export or delete your data at any time.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption, secure servers, and regular security audits to protect your data. However, no transmission over the internet is 100% secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

6. Instagram Data & OAuth

To use MAEDIX, you authorize us to access your Instagram business account through OAuth. This allows us to:

  • Read direct messages related to your listings
  • Respond to comments on your property posts
  • Send automated qualifying messages

You can revoke this access at any time through Instagram Settings or within your MAEDIX account. Revoking access will stop our automation but will not delete previously collected data unless you request deletion.

7. Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies to enhance your experience, remember your preferences, and analyze website traffic. You can disable cookies through your browser settings, but some features may not function properly.

8. Your Rights

  • Access: Request a copy of your data
  • Correction: Update inaccurate information
  • Deletion: Request removal of your data (subject to legal requirements)
  • Opt-Out: Unsubscribe from marketing communications
  • Data Portability: Export your data in a standard format

9. GDPR & International Compliance

We retain your account data and lead information as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we retain data for 30 days before permanent deletion, unless legally required to retain it longer.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of MAEDIX constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
