No! Replies are unlimited on all plans. Whether you're on Free, Pro, or Creator - every comment that triggers your automation gets the full automated experience. The only difference between plans is how many automations can be active simultaneously.

Quick Replies are tappable buttons that appear below your DM message. Users can tap them to continue the conversation - perfect for surveys, quizzes, or guiding users to different content.

Button Templates are similar but can include URL buttons that open links directly. Great for directing users to your website, Calendly, or product pages.

Follower Check lets you create different paths based on whether someone follows you or not.

Example: If they're a follower → Send exclusive discount. If not → Ask them to follow first, then send the regular offer.

Yes, Instagram automation requires a Business or Creator account. This is an Instagram API requirement and allows us to access the necessary permissions for automation.

Yes! This is not auto-renewing. You don't need to worry about being charged again. Simply upgrade again when you're ready.

Nothing is lost. The value of your unused days is converted into bonus days on your new plan.

We take what your remaining days are worth on your current plan, then work out how many days of the new plan that buys. Those days are added on top of your new period.

• Upgrading: your new plan's features start immediately, and your leftover value becomes extra days at the end.
• Renewing the same plan: the new period stacks on top of your current end date — you don't lose the days you've already paid for.

Example: you're on Pro with 15 days left (worth ₹24.50). You upgrade to Creator. Those ₹24.50 buy about 2 extra days of Creator, so you get 1 month + 2 days.

The exact number of bonus days and your new expiry date are shown on the checkout page before you pay.

Not while your current plan is still running. Since plans are prepaid and don't auto-renew, you keep every feature you've paid for until your current period ends — we won't charge you for a cheaper plan and cut your existing one short on the same day.

Once your current period ends you'll move to the Free plan automatically, and you can subscribe to any plan you like from there. Need to switch sooner? Just contact support and we'll sort it out.
