Always in your own cloud account (AWS, GCP, Azure, or a VPS provider of your choice). You pay the cloud bill directly — we don't resell hosting. You own the data, the domain, and the customer relationship.
Is the product fully white-labeled?
Yes. Your brand, your domain, your colors, your logo. We strip every Maedix reference from the UI, emails, and marketing pages before handoff.
How long does setup take?
Depends on scope and plan. Guided Setup mostly waits on your team to act on each step. Done-for-You is faster because we drive it. We share an honest estimate in the proposal — no fixed promises until we've seen your requirements.
What does support actually cover?
Email support during the setup window is included in both plans to get you live. After handover, ongoing support is on-demand — raise a request, we scope & quote it, you approve, we deliver. No mandatory monthly retainer. We agree response targets per request — we don't claim 24/7 on-call we can't honestly deliver.
Can you build custom features?
Yes — on both plans, as an on-demand add-on. You send the requirement, we scope and quote it separately, you approve before we start. Pay only per request — no mandatory retainer.
Do I get the source code?
Yes — both plans hand over the source under a license that lets you run, modify, and operate the platform for your own product. You can't resell the source itself.
What does it cost?
Each plan has a one-time setup fee that depends on scope. There's no mandatory monthly retainer on either plan. After launch, any maintenance, API upgrades, support, or feature work is on-demand and quoted per request. If you'd prefer predictable billing, we can also offer a monthly retainer as an option.
