Build a Landing Page and Sell Digital Products Directly from Maedix: New Feature Walkthrough
By the end of this guide, you'll know how to build a full landing page and sell digital products directly through Maedix — no separate website, no third-party storefront, and no juggling a different payment tool alongside your DM automation.
What's New
Maedix now includes a dynamic landing page builder alongside its comment-to-DM automation, letting you build a complete storefront without leaving the platform. A single page can include a hero section, a contact form, a products section, a services section, FAQs, testimonials, an about section, and navigation — the same building blocks you'd expect from a dedicated website builder, purpose-built to pair directly with the automation flows you're already running.
Selling Digital Products Natively
Alongside the landing page itself, Maedix now supports selling digital products directly, in three formats:
- PDF products — ebooks, guides, templates, worksheets, delivered as a direct file.
- Link products — useful for anything hosted elsewhere, like a course platform or an external resource, sold through Maedix's checkout but delivered via link.
- Text products — simple text-based deliverables, like a code, a key, or short written content, delivered instantly after purchase.
Payment is handled through an integrated payment gateway, with payouts processed on a 7-day cycle — meaning the entire sales process, from a comment on a post to money landing in your account, happens without ever connecting a separate e-commerce platform.
Why This Changes the Comment-to-DM Flow
Previously, a comment-to-DM flow selling a digital product needed to point to an external checkout — your own website, a separate payment link, a third-party storefront. Now that link in the DM can point directly to a Maedix-hosted landing page with the product, pricing, and checkout all in one place. The entire funnel — comment, DM, landing page, payment, delivery — runs inside a single connected system rather than handing the buyer off to a different tool partway through.
What a Typical Landing Page Includes
- Hero section — the first thing a visitor sees, typically your main offer or headline pitch.
- Products section — your digital products (PDF, link, or text) with pricing and checkout built in.
- Services section — useful for businesses pairing digital products with a service offering, like a coach selling both a guide and consulting calls.
- FAQ section — answers common pre-purchase questions without needing a back-and-forth DM conversation for every buyer.
- Testimonials section — social proof, placed directly where a buyer is deciding whether to purchase.
- About section — context on who's selling and why, useful for buyers discovering you for the first time.
- Contact form and navbar — a way for visitors to reach out directly, and simple navigation across sections of the page.
How This Fits With Your Existing DM Flows
Your comment-to-DM automation doesn't change — a keyword still triggers an instant reply and DM. What changes is what that DM can now link to: instead of an external link, the tappable button in your automated DM can point straight to your Maedix landing page, keeping the entire buyer journey inside one connected system. This pairs naturally with the techniques covered in our CTA button design guide and our PDF and ebook seller guide, both of which now apply directly to a Maedix-hosted checkout rather than an external one.
